i would be graduating soon, and want to prepare to go university now, but i have no thought how to start. i certainly am looking for an overseas one...thanks for helping!

You didn’t tell us where you want to study! SOmetimes it doesn’t hurt to contact the embassy of that country or even the university where you want to study to see what scholarships are available for foreign students.
