It was hard at first, but the intensive Korean language course I took helped tremendously! Making Korean friends were the best way to learn the language! The signs are in English, so you can get around with a map. There are some people who know English, so it's not too bad. I had such a great time! I’m so glad it’s helpful for you! It's such an amazing opportunity! I attended Boston College, and our school encourages studying abroad in several countries, including the US. A lot of colleges have study abroad programs, so you don't have to worry about that. If you will attend a college that doesn't have a program in Korea, you can apply to an external program, and go to Korea through another school. There are also summer programs to study in Korea. Yonsei is quite near Sogang, where I went to school. I think you'll have a blast! I really enjoy Goong and the other dramas too.
