Is there an Art and Design school who offers full scholarship for international students?

Im looking to find an Art and Design school in Canada, the US or UK, where I could get a full scholarship, I am from Paraguay, south America. I am very excellent at drawing and painting too. I want to study graphic design and art. Thanks

Most Art and Design schools don’t offer full scholarships to their own citizens.

Yes but probably only a few. You would have to be internationally known to even be considered for one though. You would have to be so well known that art school wouldn’t even matter. If you can sell your paintings for over $3000 dollars then yes you can probably get one.
