International Students Scholarships A simple way to find study scholarships for overseas students

Art Borading Schools In America that accept International Scholarship Applicants?

Doesn't have to be America, just an english speaking country. I would like somewhere which would give away a full scholarship to an oversea applicant. Needs to be a boarding school and specialise in creativity.
